Planning Packages:

 

Moscato d’Asti

This is the perfect option for the couple who want to take care of most of the pre-planning.  Our package includes working with you beginning 4 weeks prior to the wedding day.  We will make sure everything is taken care of and provide you with all of the necessary last minute touches to make your day perfect. 

This package includes all of the following:
Two comprehensive detailed planning meetings
•    Contact all hired vendors and supply them with itinerary, discuss their attire, hours to be worked, directions and parking etc.
•    Detailed schedule for wedding party and vendors
•    Information and advice on traditions, protocol and ediquette
•    Directing and assistance with rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
•    Directing ceremony and reception
•    Master of Ceremonies (if necessary)
•    Arrive to ceremony and reception site early to set up whatever items the bride has given our staff prior to the wedding.
•    Bustle wedding gown prior to reception
•    Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
•    Assist ushers with the seating of guests
•    Queue musicians
•    Distribute flowers to appropriate individuals and assist with pinning
•    Distribute final payments and tips to appropriate vendors
•    Work with all vendors to ensure that activities are kept on time
•    Collect personal items (bouquet, cake topper, cake knife etc.) for bridal family or designated person to take at the end of the reception.

This package works well for the couple that would like a Professional Wedding Planner to guide them along the planning process.  Included in this package are all the details of the Moscato package plus the following additions:
   
•    Four in-person consutations
•    Unlimited phone calls and e-mails from Bride, Groom and family
•    Budget planning assistance including specific budget breakdown and suggestions.
•    Unlimited, well qualified professional vendor referrals within your budget and style.
•    Provide resources for out-of-town guest accommodations
•    Pre-wedding and reception site visit
•    Design and decor suggestions and ideas
•    Assist the bride and attendents during dressing for the ceremony if necessary
•    Finalization of Ceremony and Reception set-up (favors, place cards etc.)
•    Unlimited guidance and advice throughout the entire wedding planning process
•    Collect personal items (bouquet, cake topper, cake knife etc.) and place in designated area for bride or family member to take home at the end of the evening
•    Assist in collection of gifts to load into designated vehicle(s) at the end of the reception

Cristal    
    
    This is the ideal package for the couple who lead a very busy lifestyle and who lack the countless hours necessary to devote to creating the perfect wedding.  This package offers all the benefits of a full-service coordinator including unlimited phone calls and e-mails.

•    Unlimited consultations via phone or e-mail
•    Assistance with venue selection for both Ceremony and Reception
•    Unlimited, well qualified, professional vendor referrals
•    Scheduling and attending vendor meetings
•    Attend meeting with caterer and assist with menu selection
•    Contract review
•    Confirmation of wedding day details with vendors (via phone or e-mail)
•    Budget breakdown and suggestions on budget planning
•    Provide Bride, Groom, families and vendors with detailed itinerary and timeline
•    Assistance with creation of reception floor plan and seating chart
•    Assistance with etiquette and protocol for invitations, ceremony, toasts, dances etc.
•    Assistance with design and decor for ceremony and reception
•    Wedding Day Emergency Kit
•    Direct and orchestrate wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
•    Negotiate group hotel room rates for out-of-town guests

Destination Weddings:

 
      Destinaion weddings often have just as many (if not more) details to plan than a standard wedding and include the added challenge of coordinating a wedding via long distance.  If you need a professional event planner to assist and travel to your selected destination, we are available for weekend coordination.  Just add this option to any of our packages.  Price: $1100 (does not include travel and accommodation costs)

 

 Rehearsal Dinner:


      Coordinating the rehearsal dinner to include your closest friends and family as well as close out of town guests can be an event in itself.  We can help you select a venue and menu, coordinate seating and create a design and theme for this special evening allowing you and your family to relax and enjoy the entire weekend.  Price: $500

 

 Guest Brunch:


  We can handle complete coordination of the brunch for your guest the morning after your event.  We will secure a location, select a menu, and make sure everything is taken care of.  Whether you and your spouse attend or have already jetted-off to your honeymoon, you can rest assured knowing that we have taken care of all the details.
